The King has died under questionable circumstances and his brother, the new King Dominus has taken to the throne. Since then the people of the working class have suffered greatly with rising taxes and strict law enforcement from the soldiers.
Some people have come to raise a "resistance" towards the King and his laws, often stealing from the rich to help the poor among other things. This has caused individuals to become wanted by the army and constantly have to hide out in villages and towns.
Their are also people who could care less or rather not get involved, often these are travelers from other lands, or people who would rather keep their lives.
