We are trying to get more people on here ;^_^ I've sent invites but you can also ask people to join if you think they are interested in this type of thing.
And yes you can start rping if you'd like, my mods are currently busy (or just lazy

) and haven't put their character leaders up yet.

Also I am extremely sorry for the late reply with the holidays coming around I've been busy with personal stuff so so sorry!
